ҹɫС��Ƶ Applied Research Institutes (NUARI) and ҹɫС��Ƶ will share an $8 million grant from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Federal Emergency Management Association (FEMA) with four universities for cybersecurity preparedness education courses.

ҹɫС��Ƶ was announced to receive over $16 million in federal funding in support of the University’s commitment to creating the best cybersecurity educational program in the country.

ҹɫС��Ƶ was awarded a two-year $5M grant from the National Center of Academic Excellence – Cybersecurity (NCAE-C), housed in the National Security Agency.

ҹɫС��Ƶ dedicated the Senator Patrick Leahy School of Cybersecurity and Advanced Computing today during the “U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy Cyber Symposium.” Formerly the School of Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Computing, the new name reflects Leahy’s longstanding support of cybersecurity education at ҹɫС��Ƶ and in the state of Vermont.

ҹɫС��Ƶ will receive $4 million in federal funding to create an artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and quantum computing academic and experiential learning center.
